Nashville, TN – The historic Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway will light up this Saturday night, October 4, for Breast Cancer Awareness Night featuring Autumn Thunder on the track. Seven divisions of grassroots racing will take center stage, along with a special focus on raising awareness and support in the fight against breast cancer. Fans are encouraged to wear pink as the Speedway unites behind an important cause.

The night is headlined by the Pro Late Model division, where the championship battle is heating up with only two races remaining on the 2025 schedule. Lebanon, TN’s Hunter Wright holds the top spot by just 17 points over Mt. Juliet’s Chase Johnson. Both drivers have scored one feature win apiece this season, as has third-place contender Trey Craig of Louisville, KY, who remains in striking distance of the title. Aidan Potter and Michael Bolden complete the top five in the division, keeping the chase wide open heading into Saturday night.

In the Street Stocks, Bowling Green, KY’s Dillon Oliver leads the way by a slim 10-point margin over Nashville’s Matt Barnes. Oliver, Barnes, and a competitive group that includes Gus Moody, Michael Pannell, and Blaine Akin are expected to put on another classic Fairgrounds battle.

The Paschall Heating & Air Limited Late Models also feature a tight race at the top, with Nashville’s Johnathan Dishman leading by just 13 points over Carl Porter, Jr.. Both drivers have been in victory lane this year, Dishman with two wins and Porter with one. Nicholas Formosa, James Jordan, and Dwayne Hudson round out the top five.

In the Pure Stocks, Murfreesboro’s Phillip McCord has been nearly flawless, winning all three events he’s entered in 2025 to lead the standings over John Bradley, Matt Barnes, Roy Gibbs, and Joey Williams.

The Pest Doctor Front Runners have produced one of the closest battles of the season. Randall Waterston of Nolensville leads by just a single point over defending champion Ray Gann of Nashville. Waterston has collected two wins, while Gann has one. Matt Hamlett, Tony Gann, and Brett Lee hold the next three positions.

In the US Air Force Legends divisions, Franklin, TN’s Michael Crafton has shown his dominance in the Masters/Pro category, winning all three events thus far. He leads Oliver Cordell, Kevin Rollins, Dylan Fetcho, and Boston Oliver. In the Semi-Pro ranks, Goodlettsville’s Dylan Faulkner sits 23 points ahead of Bradley Swift, with Galen Clark in third. The Young Lions division is paced by Landon Thrasher, who leads Ayden Oliver and Max Olmstead II.
