NASHVILLE, TN — One of the most anticipated short track events of the season is just days away as the Tootsie’s Music City Showdown returns to the historic Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway this Saturday, April 11, featuring the stars of the zMAX CARS Tour presented by SoundGear Late Model Stock and Pro Late Models.
Headlining the event is NASCAR Hall of Famer and CARS Tour co-owner Dale Earnhardt Jr., who will be back behind the wheel of the No. 8 Bass Pro Shops Chevrolet, joining a stacked field of the nation’s top Late Model Stock competitors. The event marks the first CARS Tour appearance at Nashville since 2021, adding even more excitement to an already can’t-miss weekend in Music City.
