Nashville, TN (Friday, April 9, 2021) – Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway (NFS) has announced that BH Holmes Construction will return as the division sponsor for Legends Cars in 2021. One of the most exciting divisions at NFS, fans can catch the BH Holmes Construction Legends nearly all season long.
Returning after an impressive season in 2020, the BH Holmes Construction Legends saw five different winners during seven events contested at America’s Favorite Short Track. The first two weeks of the year saw two drivers go to the Winner Circle, as Bryson Shaffer won the season opener, then Boston Oliver found his first win of the year. Shaffer won his second race of the season on August 8th before Justin Maxwell and Oliver Cordell picked up their first wins of the season. Maxwell became a two-time winner on October 17th, before eventual Pro Late Model Track Champion, Dylan Fetcho won his first BH Holmes Construction Feature of the season on the final night of the year. With a season high two wins, Bryson Shaffer captured the Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway Track Championship in 2020.
This season, the longstanding tradition of Legends racing returns to NFS on nine different nights, including a nationally sanctioned event with the US Legends. The Legend Nationals Qualifiers kick off the season for the BH Holmes Construction Legends during Opening Weekend on Friday and Saturday, April 16-17th.
