Nashville, TN (Saturday, March 13, 2021) – When the calendar flipped to 2021, like many across the world, Mount Juliet, Tennessee’s William Hale looked forward to the potential of a better year than 2020. Although the season included bright spots, Hale is looking for major improvements headed into the April 17th Season Opener at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway (NFS).
The 2017 Pro Late Model Rookie of the Year, Hale looks forward to a full season at NFS in 2021, searching for the Winner Circle.
“I feel like we have shown some promise here and there the last few seasons and just have not been able to put it together and seal the deal,” Hale recalls. “Going into this season we have a better idea of the level we need to be each and every week, so the plan is to be at that level. Whatever it takes.”
Last season, Hale put together a year that saw him collect a top-five finish during the October 17th show; plus, a pair of top-ten finishes on Opening Night, July 4th and during the September 12th program. The rest of the season for Hale showed good runs but resulted in poor finishes due to unavoidable on-track accidents. For 2021, Hale says the goals are much bigger than a few more top-five finishes.
“The goal is to win,” Hale stated. “Plain and simple. I am taking this season as, ‘it is us against the world’ and there is no next year.”
Hale will unload his Hale Mechanical, Strouds BBQ number 62 during the first race of the season at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway on Saturday, April 17th. For more information on William Hale and Hale Motorsports, find Hale Motorsports on Facebook.
