First 500 Ticket Purchasers Receive Free NFS Koozie

Nashville, TN (Tuesday, September 8, 2020) – Local racing is back at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway (NFS) this coming Saturday, September 12th. A full 8-in-1 program is scheduled for the first and only event at the famed Speedway in September. Fans who plan to attend are encouraged to get their tickets early for a special gift from the NFS staff.

The first 500 fans who buy advance tickets at www.nashvillefairgroundsspeedway.racing, will receive a FREE Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway collectors koozie. The announcement coincides with the first event of the season in-which fans will be permitted to enjoy limited bar service while relishing the exciting racing on the track.

The newly designed ¼ Mile & ⅝ Mile Bars will be open on the main concourse serving all the racetrack favorite ice-cold beers like Coors, Budweiser, Miller Lite and more. Liquor will not be available at this event. Coronavirus restrictions had kept the Speedway Bars closed earlier this season.

The program features local racing stars of Nashville, Tennessee. Pro Late Models and Whelen Super Trucks will race on the five-eighths mile track while the quarter-mile course will host the Limited Late Models, Street Stocks, Pure Stocks, Pest Doctor Front Runners, BH Holmes Construction Legends, and Dye Hard Hair Salon Bandoleros.

Advance tickets are available now and are just $15 for Adults, Seniors and Military are $12, Children 6-12 are $5, and Kids 5 and under are FREE. Race Day Parking at The Fairgrounds Nashville is $5. Those getting a Pit Pass can get a Friday pass for $20, Saturday for $35, or a $50 two-day pass.

On Friday, Pit Gates will open at 1:00pm with Practice from 3:00 until 7:00pm. The Pit Area will close at 8:00pm. On Saturday, Pit Gates will open at 11:00am and Grandstands will open at 4:00pm. Racing begins at 5:30pm.

Strict social distancing and face-covering measures will be in place. Fans, participants and staff must wear a mask at all times while on property during the event. Hand sanitizer stations, additional cleaning staff and other CDC recommended safety measures will continue to be in place for the event.
