This Saturday night, August 7 the horsepower and speed at Fairgrounds will be the highest it has been in almost two decades as the Winged Sprint Cars of the King of the Wing Midwest Tour come to town with the USAC Speed2 Midgets, and will race alongside the Fairgrounds own Pro Late Models, Legend Cars, and Bandoleros.

Bobby Santos is one of the hot shoes coming into the weekend, having gone up against the stars of the Camping World SRX Series at Lucas Oil Raceway in July, and being fresh off Non-Wing Sprint victory this past Saturday at Anderson Speedway (IN).

Troy DeCaire has been tearing up the Sprint Car scene in the Southeast, being a perfect four-for-four in the majority schedule he is running on the Southeast Sprint Car Shootout Series in 2021.

Eric Humphries has flown his flag highest so far in KOW competition in 2021, scoring wins at both Intermountain Speedway (WY) and Colorado National Speedway in early July.

Another one of the best in modern times behind the wheel of a Sprint Car, Jason Blonde will also be back in action this weekend at Nashville, with the former Super Sprint Series champion looking to be the one to claim the guitar on Saturday night.

Meanwhile in the Fairgrounds Pro Late Models, Michael House looks to protect his points lead over the likes of Dylan Fetcho and Cole Williams. Kyle Neveau looks to continue his promising rookie campaign with a win for his teacher and car co-owner Willie Allen.

For those unable to make it to the Music City this weekend, Speed51.TV will have all the action live from Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway this Saturday, August 7. See it with your Speed51 monthly or yearly subscription.
