Nashville, TN (Thursday, April 14, 2021) – For the first time in the young 2022 season, Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway (NFS) is set for racing on both Friday and Saturday night this week. The US Legends Nashville Spring Series features multiple categories of racing for the Murfreesboro Fence Company Bandoleros and the BH Holmes Construction Legends on Friday and Saturday night. Then on Saturday, the ¼-mile divisions are joined by the Big Machine Vodka Spiked Coolers Super Trucks for their first race of the season, and the Pro Late Models for a 100 lap feature event.

Last season, over 100 cars unloaded at NFS looking for a shot at going to the historic winner circle in Nashville. The Bandoleros will feature three categories of racing within their division, including Beginners, Bandit, and Outlaw. The divisions are split based on age and experience behind the wheel. The sport’s next generation of racers begin their career in the Bandolero division, racing with US Legends and INEX all across the United States.

For the Legends division, four highly competitive categories will battle this weekend in Young Lions, Semi-Pro, Masters, and Pro. Similar to the Bandolero breakdown, the BH Holmes Construction Legends will be split up based on experience in Legends car racing.

Then on Saturday, the final features of the weekend will play out for the Bandoleros and Legends drivers, with bumper-to-bumper racing around the infield short track, as drivers jockey for their final shot at a win this weekend. In addition to the seven feature events for the “small track”, Super Trucks make their 2022 debut on America’s Favorite Short Track. The night cap on Saturday is held by the Pro Late Model 100, where Cole Williams will look to again dominate the race as Dylan Fetcho hopes for another opportunity to go to the winner circle.
