Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway Welcomes NASCAR and Bristol Motor Speedway
Nashville, TN (Monday, December 21, 2020) – The current management team of Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway welcomes NASCAR and Bristol Motor Speedway / Speedway Motorsports to America’s Favorite Short Track in the discussions for future renovations and NASCAR events at the historic Fairgrounds racetrack.
Established in 1904, The Fairgrounds Nashville has served host to some of America’s most decorated short track events on the famed five-eighths mile oval since 1958 including Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series events until 1984. The NASCAR Gander Outdoor Truck Series and NASCAR Xfinity Series last visited Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway in year 2000.
Track Enterprises and D&D Events look forward to working with Bristol Motor Speedway, Metro Nashville and the Fairgrounds Nashville to bring Local Racing and the three traditional National Events to Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway for years to come.
After a very successful 2020 season, plans for the 64th Season of Asphalt Racing and plans for a bright future of racing at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway, continue to develop. A full slate of Local Racing in Nashville USA and National Events are scheduled for 2021, beginning with Opening Night in April, culminating with the 37th Running of the All American 400 Race Weekend on October 29th, 30th, and 31st. The 2021 race schedule and exciting news will be announced in early January.
