Macon, IL (Wednesday, April 15, 2020) – Tuesday afternoon, Nicholas Rogers of Insinger Performance dialed-up Track Enterprises President, Bob Sargent on the video chat. Sargent’s Track Enterprises is the new promotions company organizing racing events at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway (NFS) in 2020. As the COVID-19 pandemic has scrambled racing calendars across the world, Nashville USA is no different.

Speedway operations have taken this opportunity, while responsibly practicing social distancing guidelines, to generate many facility enhancements with more to come in preparation for the season opener.

Race season is set to begin on Saturday, May 16th featuring all eight local racing classes at NFS with a special appearance by the Baby Grand Racing Series. The season was originally slated to begin on April 18th but has been postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Saturday, May 30th showcases four of Champion Racing Association sanctioned series, highlighted by the North-South Super Late Model Challenge 100 alongside the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour, VanHoy Oil CRA Street Stock Series and Victory Custom Trailers CRA Junior Late Model Series. The Vores Compact Touring Series will also be in competition.

Track Enterprises and D&D Events, have teamed up to organize nine high-quality racing programs at NFS that incorporates three national events and six local exclusive shows. Even under the current circumstances, the speedway management team aims to race all nine scheduled races this season.
